This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and Ze[code], the owner and operator of the Ze[code] platform (“Ze[code]”). By accessing or using Ze[code], you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By accessing or using Ze[code], you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should not use Ze[code] if you disagree with these terms.
Ze[code] is intended to be used for coding assessments and related activities. As a User, you agree to use Ze[code] in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of Ze[code], or interfere with any other User’s use of Ze[code].
In order to access certain features of Ze[code], you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep your account information up to date.
All content and materials on Ze[code], including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Ze[code] or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content or materials on Ze[code] without the prior written consent of Ze[code].
Ze[code] is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ze[code] makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Ze[code] or its content, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Ze[code] be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Ze[code], even if Ze[code] has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ze[code] harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of Ze[code].
Ze[code] may terminate this Agreement and your access to Ze[code] at any time and for any reason, without notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Ze[code] reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without notice. Your continued use of Ze[code] following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
